The 2022 BET Awards were presented just two days after the Supreme Court issued its decision on Dobbs vs Women’s Health Jacksonrevoking 50 years of abortion rights granted by Raw vs. Wade And the Planned Parenthood vs Casey. The stars of the show including Janelle Monae and host Taraji P. Henson spoke live to the court as they took to the stage at the awards show.
