Funko Games has announced a new Disney game that will be fully expandable with the reveal of Disney King Mania. The game is designed to be both cool and chaotic as your favorite Disney and Pixar characters jump into a collectible title that combines blind bag games with a board game twist. Each character comes with their own traits and additions to the game where you will use the characters to prevent the world from going wrong after some kind of virus has taken over the land you are playing in. You’ll work on patches, work around glitches, and unlock new characters for help. The game will be released sometime this fall, but for now, here’s more info on what you can expect from it.
Created for girls and boys ages 6 and up, Disney King Mania It takes place within an 8-bit fantasy video game that suffers from glitches that mix up the levels! Players must correct the errors before the “Game Over” for the characters and their digital game world ends. Available as a Super Game Pack, containing four figures, two powerful items and 20 game pieces, or a portable game ball with two figures and 12 pieces. Both are full game and playable with purchase. Disney King Mania Includes 40 characters featuring familiar characters such as Buzz Lightyear, Mickey Mouse, Stitch and Princess Tiana as well as game-changing items such as Aladdin’s Magic Carpet and Maleficent Spinning Wheel, which can influence the events and outcome of the story. The interchangeable tiles used to make up the game board also add a layer of portability and customization for different experiences every time you play.
