Munwar Farooqi participates in the controversial reality show of Salman Khan after the abandonment of Khatron Ke Khiladi?
The hype around the Bigg Boss 16 is at an all-time high even though its makers haven’t made any official announcement. However, insiders have already been active and are constantly sharing major updates. According to the latest reports, comedian Munwar Farooqi has become the first confirmed contestant for the upcoming season. yes! You read that right. The comedian will be shown competing with other contestants which will start in a few months.
Earlier, Faruqui participated and Kangana Ranaut won to host Lock Upp. The digital show became an instant hit from day one and grew in popularity every day. On the other hand, he kept top of the news due to his alleged relationship with co-contestant and social media influencer Anjali Arora. Later it was discovered that the two actually had partners outside of the show.
Coming back to the topic, Bigg Boss topped 15 TRP charts but the viewership soon dropped. However, fans have a lot of hopes for the upcoming season. That being said, manufacturers have started in pre-production and are constantly looking for suitable participants. According to Tellychakkar, Munwar Farooqi has given his consent to take part in the controversial show.
Given his popularity in Lock Upp, Bigg Boss fans are convinced that Munawar Faruqui will bring about the much-needed change. Last year, he appeared in the news for allegedly making derogatory comments to Hindu deities and also spent a few days in prison. Everyone is aware of how popular BB is led by Salman Khan and the comedian will surely help put his stand and clarify his name.
Meanwhile, Munwar was supposed to star in Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 but the comedian backed down at the last minute. It was reported that the comedian left the show to participate in BB but nothing has been confirmed yet.
Other than Minor Faruki, the makers of Bigg Boss 16 also approached Bhool Bhulaiya star Shiney Ahuja along with small screen stars like Arjun Bijlani, Sanaya Irani and Divyanka Tripathi.
