The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home sold for $2,458,000.
The private property is gated and located in a tree-lined dead end street.
The mid-century home features 14-foot ceilings with beams and hardwood floors throughout.
The living room features a brick fireplace and windows for natural light, as the space leads to the backyard and upstairs into a cozy loft.
The custom kitchen has stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and an island.
Two of the bedrooms in the house have their own bathroom.
According to real estate websites, the basic suite has “double-height windows overlooking the property, a walk-in wardrobe and a spacious sunlit bathroom.”
