While Cyrus was on The Howard Stern Show, Stern openly asked her about this track. He told her that the track was clearly about her ex-husband Hemsworth. She replied, “Most of them.” Stern went on and asked her if it was true that she didn’t spend a minute thinking about Hemsworth.
