The pistons Gained veteran forward Bojan Bogdanovic In Trade With Jazz Thursday, According to ESPN’s Adrian Vojnarowski.
Utah striker Kelly Olynyk and goalkeeper Sabine Lee will reportedly be welcomed into the deal by Utah.
Bogdanovic, 33, has been one of the best three-point shooters in the NBA in recent years. He has 39.2% of his career outside of the arc, and he averaged 18.1 points per game last season. Bogdanovich has been with jazz in each of the last three seasons after stints in Brooklyn, Washington, and Indiana.
Bogdanovic is now set to be a member of the Detroit starting quintet as he continues to rebuild around former No. 1 pick Cady Cunningham. The Oklahoma State producer averaged 17.4 points, 5.5 rebounds and 5.6 assists last season as he finished third in the Rookie of the Year.
The Pistons finished 23-59 in 2021-22. They haven’t won a playoff series since 2008.
