A massive California theme park recently introduced a strict policy for this year’s Halloween event after a series of mishaps.
Violence appears to be a growing problem in theme parks across the country, with constant altercations involving large groups of guests and even alleged threats of gunfire reported by guests during the altercations. The latest accident was reported at Carwinds in Charlotte, North Carolina, which left several guests injured, lost consciousness and even hospitalized.

A similar incident occurred earlier this year at Knott’s Berry Farm, forcing the California theme park to introduce a pre-Carowinds facilities policy, extending to all event nights at Knott’s Scary Farm. It is worth noting that both parks are owned and operated by Cedar Fair Entertainment.
It appears that with conflicts occurring in both theme parks, Knott’s Berry Farm has adopted an additional policy to prevent more accidents at the California theme park. Guests visiting the park on the first night of Knott’s Scary Farm, the theme park’s Halloween event, were surprised to see the baggage policy in place. for every Knott’s Berry FarmThis policy states the following:

While the park introduced this policy to ensure the safety of guests and employees during event nights at Knott’s Scary Farm, the new policy has not been well received by fans, as the dimensions of bags allowed are no larger than a handbag or briefcase. Pocket wallet. A bag of this size will not allow guests who need medication to treat any medical condition or who need health products to bring these essential supplies into the park, which are the main concerns regarding this newly implemented policy.
It’s not clear if the new bag policy at Knott’s Berry Farm will be modified or if the theme park will continue to enforce it despite guest dissatisfaction. Inside the Magic will update you if any changes are announced.
