Disney’s mega parks project is going well as new land continues to take shape

Work is in full swing on one of the most ambitious projects coming to Disney’s parks with the first look at an all-new immersive land.

Disney blew fans away with all the announcements made during this year’s D23 show. From all-new details about the exciting opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure in 2024 to the first look at the gigantic Te Fiti statue that will overlook the water ride, moana– An EPCOT-inspired attraction, including an all-new area coming to Disneyland Paris inspired by Tangled, Peter PanAnd the Mary PoppinsThere is a lot to look forward to on your next visit to Disney parks around the world.

Perhaps one of the most ambitious Disney Parks projects currently in development is the opening of Fantasy Springs at Tokyo DisneySea at the Tokyo Disney Resort. This highly immersive new land will be home to Tinkerbell-inspired attractions, Peter Pan, frozen, And the tangled. Vehicles for these exciting new landmarks were revealed at this year’s D23. While seeing which vehicles each attraction will use when unlocking the grounds has already been very exciting for many fans, the latest update will definitely put them all away.

Twitter user @disney_04150420 shared photos of Earth’s greatly advanced construction, showing the Neverland Mountains from the classic Disney movie Peter Pan (1953) Plus a building inspired by Tangled (2010).

Today, Tokyo Disney Resort showed three videos showing parts of the exciting concept model of Fantasy Springs, a new port that will open at Tokyo DisneySea Park in 2023. This will be the eighth port of Tokyo DisneySea, and the largest ever since the park’s opening!

Fantasy Springs will include a Disney luxury/luxury hotel and three separate areas, each dedicated to a different Walt Disney Animation Studios movie: “Frozen,” “Tangled,” and “Peter Pan.” Landmarks, restaurants, and immersive spaces will lead guests into the world of each story.

Fantasy Springs is scheduled to open in 2023, although no official date has been announced. We can’t wait to see all the magic this new expansion will bring to Tokyo DisneySea and Disney parks around the world, as international travelers will surely want to visit the new land as soon as it opens.
