The TV personality paired the look with open-toed white pumps and her platinum blonde locks were styled in the Old Hollywood wave.
Kim showed off all-over glamorous makeup in the stunning Italian look as she geared up for her highly anticipated D&G event on Saturday.
The mother-of-four looked incredibly skinny in the outfit, although her cleavage stole the show as it almost spilled off the sweetheart’s top.

While in Milan, the SKIMS founder debuted a completely different new hairstyle, showing it off while flaunting her curves at couture classes on Thursday.
Kim was spotted making her way to meet friends for dinner making a statement with her dress and hair.
The beauty mogul stepped out wearing an all-silver Dolce & Gabbana outfit with lush, side-swept hair after spending the day at the brand’s headquarters.
She is scheduled to perform a runway show with the famous fashion house at Milan Fashion Week, to highlight her collection with them, over the weekend.
While Kim has been sporting silver-gray hair with dark roots for several weeks, often wearing it in a bun, she chose to switch things up.
She was seen rocking the retro look, which was draped just below her shoulders with the ends draped outward.
The mother of four had curtain bangs, wiping from one side of her face to the other, slightly covering one of her eyes.
Fans didn’t like Kim’s ex’s look, but it’s not clear if that’s why she decided to make the change.
Sarcasm Marilyn?
The TV star teased her big D&G collaboration in a new commercial earlier this week, sparking controversy among fans.
The model wore a low-cut black bodycon dress from the fashion label that showed off a lot of cleavage.
She wore a short curly blonde wig that was strikingly similar to Marilyn’s famous hair.
Kim swayed, laughed and sat sexually in the back seat of a limousine throughout the black and white ad, as fashion photographers struggled to capture her picture.
Once, I pulled a slice of pizza out of a box sitting next to it, took a bite, and then threw the slice aside.
On Instagram, she captioned the video: “Appetizers before the show,” and added the hashtag #CiaoKim.
All the while, she did her best to channel Marilyn’s core.

But for many fans, the photos brought back bad memories of her appearance at the Met Gala.
“More Marilyn Monroe guidance? Didn’t she learn her lesson?” A fan asked in a Reddit chat.

While one fan simply said: “Such a serious attempt.”
Fans are still divided over Kim’s controversial decision to wear Marilyn’s iconic nude dress to the Met Gala in May.
