Last week, Kim dropped a whopping $70 million on the Malibu mansion.
The oceanfront property, located in one of Malibu’s most desirable neighborhoods, was once owned by supermodel Cindy Crawford.
The 7,400-square-foot home includes 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, as well as several spacious living areas overlooking the surrounding beaches and mountains.
“Cindy’s daughter Kaia Gerber is friends with Kendall Jenner and has told her to sell it,” a source told the US Sun.
It seems Kendall knew that Kim, 41, was looking to buy a place to make a fresh start away from ex-husband Kanye West.
“This is the first place to buy without Kanye’s involvement,” the source continued.
“And while she won’t be living there full time, she wants a place where she can vacation with the kids.”
And if you ever get tired of her personal dream home in Malibu, she has plenty of other properties to rest her head.

By Kardashian family standards, the house is relatively modest, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
But there’s nothing modest about the price, as Kim was said to have paid $6.3 million for the pillow, which is $800,000 more than the asking price.
The home spans over 4,230 square feet and sits on more than one acre of land.

The oddly simple old house features a formal living room covered in floor-to-ceiling mirrors.
It also came with miniature plastic sofas, a white grand piano for the kids and a giraffe figurine.
It is not clear what Kim has done or still plans to do with the property.

Kim also re-listed a three-bedroom, four-bathroom condominium she owns in Calabasas, California.
The entrepreneur first tried offloading the property back in 2019, with no luck.
It’s now back on the market for $3.5 million.
