After Malone suffers ‘stabbing pain’, postponements emerge

Boston Post Malone went to the hospital again Saturday after experiencing what he described on social media as difficulty breathing and stabbing pain, forcing him to postpone a scheduled show in Boston.

This was the second time in about a week he had been to the hospital. He was treated for bruised ribs after that Falling into a Hole on Stage at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis last weekend.

“On the rounds, I usually get up around 4pm, and today I woke up to crackling sounds on the right side of my body,” wrote on Twitter on Saturday. “I felt fine last night, but today I feel completely different than before. I have trouble breathing and there is like a stabbing pain when I breathe or move.”

Undertaking to reschedule the show.

“I love you so much. I freak out, but I promise I’ll get you through this. I love you Boston, I’ll see you soon,” the singer, whose real name is Austin Richard Post, wrote.

The venue, TD Garden, said in a tweet that the show was “postponed due to unforeseen circumstances” and tickets for Saturday’s show will be honored for a new date.

Malone is scheduled to perform in Cleveland on Tuesday.
