Start ‘Em, Sit’ Em is the best look at the best and worst matches based on the PPR scoring system in fantasy football. This column will not cover elite NFL players like Josh Allen, Jonathan Taylor or Cooper Cope. Instead, I’ll look at the players you have questions about who can exceed or fail to meet expectations at each position. For all your final fantasy squad decisions, be sure to check out my weekly player ratings which will be updated daily throughout the NFL season.

WEEK 4, START, SIT: QUARTERBACKS | Running from behind | wide receivers | narrow ends | Kickers and team defenses
Beginning of Week Four: Defenses
Beginning of the week
Packers D/ST vs. Patriots (4:25 p.m. ET, CBS): The Packers D/ST face a great game this week, as the Patriots who will start their backup career Brian Hoyer in the absence of injured Mac Jones. The Patriots also surrendered the second most gift (8), so it should yield Green Bay in the stat sheets.
start ‘Em
D/ST Chargers in Texans (1 p.m. ET, CBS): Chargers D/ST lit up like a Christmas tree last week, but the Jaguars have a much improved offense and are a unit better than the Texas. With Davis Mills at the helm, Houston averages 16.3 points and the fourth-lowest net yards per game. I was going to start bolts this week.

Week 4 Sitting: Defenses
sit week
Patriots D/ST at Packers (4:25 p.m. ET, CBS): The New England defense is coming off a six-point performance last week, and I’m sitting in this relegation unit against Aaron Rodgers and the Packers. With QB Brian Hoyer backed under center, the Patriots’ defense on the field could be plenty against a future Hall of Famer.
sat down
Ravens D/ST Billings (1 p.m. ET, CBS): The Ravens D/ST scored 11 points last week, but that was against the Patriots. This week they will face Josh Allen and Beals, which is a much tougher task. Their attack averages more than 30 points per game, and Allen should be able to shred Baltimore’s poor defensive back.

Top 10 kickers from Fabs شركة
1. Tyler Bass in Ravens2. Daniel Carlson at the Broncos 3. Evan McPherson vs. Dolphins (TNF) 4. Kid York at Falcons 5. Justin Tucker vs. Bills 6. Youngkoo vs. Brown 7. Ryan Sukop vs. Chiefs 8. Brandon McManus at Raiders 9. Jack Elliott vs. Jaguar 10 Matt Prater in the Panthers
Beginning of Week Four: Kickers
Beginning of the week
Kid York at Falcons (1 p.m. ET, CBS): York scored just five fantastic points in last week’s win over the Steelers, but I’ll keep him active for the dome game in Atlanta. Their defense has allowed an average of nine Fantasia points per game for their rival Kickers this season, and I expect York to finish in that range as well.
More beginnings
- Matt Prater in Panthers (4:05 p.m. ET, Fox)
- Brandon McManus on Raiders (4:25 p.m. ET, CBS)
- Ryan Sokop vs. the Chiefs (8:20 p.m. ET, NBC)
Week Four Sit: Kickers
sit in weiK
Riley Patterson on Eagles (1 p.m. ET, CBS): Who is Patterson, you may ask? Well, he is currently the 3rd highest scorer in fantasy football with 30 points. However, I see his numbers slipping this week as the Eagles defense he has given up on average will face fewer than six Fantasy Points for the Kickers in their last seven games.
sitting more
- Greg Joseph v. Saints (London, 9:30 a.m. ET, NFL Network)
- Mason Crosby vs. the Patriots (4:25 p.m. ET, CBS)
- Jason Myers at Lyons (1 p.m. ET, Fox)
