How to unlock the Nornir Chest at The Lost Treasury at God of War Ragnarok!

When exploring Midgard in God of War Ragnarok, you can find a handful of Nornir Chests throughout this area. You can find one of them in the southwest corner of the map, at The Lost Treasury. It can be difficult to find and break the runes protecting this chest to gain access to its contents. Here’s what you need to know about opening a Nornir chest at The Lost Treasury in God of War Ragnarok.

The chest will be right in front of the shield blocking the entrance to The Lost Treasury. The shield is also a key to finding each rune to open the chest.

It will be the first rune behind the shield. You need to make sure you throw it to the left side as far as you can, and you should be able to get to it with Blades of Chaos.

The second rune will be slightly hidden. You can find it behind the shield at the top of the tower. You can get to this location by swinging the shield to the right and climbing it up. You will then need to hit the explosive jar on top of the gold ore to block your way to the second area. After reaching the next area, the rune will be on the surface.

The last rune is inside The Lost Treasury. You can get to this by following the steps we shared with you earlier, which break the fallen shaft behind the shield. Make sure to throw the shield as far to the left as possible, then return to the fallen shaft and swing it outward to block the shield’s path. Now, go back to the front of the shield, and throw it to the right. This should give you access to the gate, but now you need to pull the wheel and use Sigil Arrows to freeze the gears on the left and right sides. As soon as you enter the treasury, the rune will be on your right, which you need to access with Sigil arrows.
