Just by looking at Armarouge’s stat spread, you could tell that this ‘mon was supposed to be a special attacker. With impressive defense stats (85 HP, 100 Defense, 80 Special Defense), a whopping 125 Special Attack and, unfortunately, a below-average 75 Speed, this Pokemon is designed to spar with opponents. As such, you are looking for either Modest, bold or calm as the nature of your choice. Humble for maximum damage, Bold to boost an already good defense (useful if Weak Armor is on), or Quiet to boost Special Defense a bit. Timid is also an option, but it is unknown if this will allow Armarouge to overtake anything of note.

Armarouge comes in two capacity options – fire flash And the Weak armor. Strictly speaking, they both have their uses. Flash Fire can be used to get a free 50% bonus to Armarouge’s Fire Attacks if you switch it up with a hostile fire attack, while Weak Armor can sacrifice Defense to increase the unfortunate Armarouge’s speed to more reliable levels (if you hit a physical move, at least.) option for you.
