Iron Hands is one of the many Paradox Pokemon that you can catch while playing Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. This Pokemon will be available if you beat the game and continue exploring the zero area in Central Baldia. Keeping track of this can be a little tricky, but you’ll want to make sure you catch it at least once to complete your Pokédex. Here’s what you need to know about how to find Iron Hands in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
How to catch Iron Hands in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
Unfortunately, the only area where Iron Hands will appear will be Area Zero. This location becomes available to you for free once you beat the game and clear this location at least once. You must have defeated the professor and turned off the time machine; Credits must be rolled. In doing so, feel free to visit the Zero Zone at your leisure, and Iron Hands should appear relatively often in almost every part of the Zero Zone. We recommend starting at Research Station One and working your way up to the lower levels.

You can often find it outside of the first search station, but if you want the most chances of finding it, starting here and then working your way down will be the best option. The more you explore, the more Paradox Pokémon will appear in your game.
In a Pokemon paradox, Iron Hands appear relatively frequently. It is a fighting type and electro, which makes it weak against ground, psychic, and fairy moves. Will resist electric moves, bugs, rocks, darkness, and steel. It could be an interesting option to add to your Pokémon team if you plan to use it throughout the rest of the game or in future battles.
