Forspoken Luminous Productions has arrived and its unlikeable protagonist, Frey, has fallen into the magical world of Athena with nothing but the clothes on her back and a very talkative new bracelet.
Fortunately, you’ll soon be able to equip three different types of equipment to increase stats and other benefits: cloaks, necklaces, and nails (yes, nails). Both cloaks and necklaces can be upgraded throughout your adventure in Athena and platform-exclusive pre-order bonus equipment provides a nice early advantage.
If you’re one of the many gamers who pre-purchased Forspoken for PlayStation 5 or PC, you might be wondering how to claim your awesome rewards. Not all of these pre-ordered exclusives are available at the start of the game, but don’t worry, you’ll get them a few hours early into your journey through Athens.

Claim your PS5 and PC pre-order rewards at Forspoken
Players who pre-order Forspoken for PC via Steam, the Epic Game Store, and the Microsoft Store will be rewarded with three exclusive equippable items: Infinite cloakAnd Spectra combo necklace and the overclock screws.
Players who pre-order Forspoken for PlayStation 5 via the PlayStation Store will be rewarded with three exclusive equippable items: Elite mantleAnd Symbol Combo Necklace and the Trigger Happy Nails.
How to unlock an exclusive pre-order cloak in Forspoken
- Elite Cloak (PS5) or Infinity Cloak (PC)
The Elite Cloak, or No Limits Cloak, if you pre-ordered it on PC, is available shortly after you arrive at Cipal and meet Auden (and her unfriendly friends on the town hall), just over an hour into the main Forspoken story.
Once you’ve unlocked the ability to equip a cloak, simply press the touchpad on your PS5 controller to bring up the game menu, then scroll to the gear menu using the R1 or L1 triggers. Computer players can access this menu by pressing the Tab key.
On the gear screen, select the cloak menu and you should see the Elite Cloak (or No Limits Cloak) along with the default Hooded Cloak option.
How to unlock the exclusive pre-order necklace in Forspoken
- Combo Symbol Necklace (PS5) or Spectra Combo Necklace (PC)
The necklace unlocks at the same time as the cloak and can be instantly equipped from the newly available gear menu. Once again, simply press the touchpad on your PS5 controller and scroll to the gear menu to outfit your exclusive nifty contract.
How to unlock pre-order exclusive pins in Forspoken
- Trigger Happy Nails (PS5) or Overclock Nails (computer)
The screws are unlocked shortly after in Fry’s flight, when they enter the guild to search for Oden’s father’s journals during the “Father’s Findings” objective. When you collect Breakshards for the first time, you will be tasked with painting your nails to get various improvements.
The new Nails menu, found right after the Gear option in the game’s main menu, is where you’ll find the exclusive pre-order design. Each hand can be drawn with a different design.
