How to turn on Adventure Sync in the NBA All-World

To play Adventure Sync in the NBA All-World, here is what users need to do. First, tap on the ball icon on the screen to enter the game menu. Next, tap on the “Settings” icon in the menu.

Here, All-World players can adjust a number of settings, including music volume and sounds. Within these options and the “vibrate” setting is the control for Adventure Sync. By default, it will be set to off. If you click on the clear circle next to Adventure Sync, it will turn it into a single circle. If you want to turn it off, click it again.

But before activating Adventure Sync, users will be asked to allow All-World to receive access to your location, even if the app is closed. For Android users, select Allow all the time. Next, a Google Fit prompt will appear, asking if it’s a good idea for the app to access your physical activity. Click “Allow” to activate.

For people on iOS, here is what you need to do:

  • Open the Apple Health app
  • Select Sources and under the Applications option, make sure that NBA All-World is listed as a connected device

So, why is Adventure Sync so important? Well, just like in Pokémon Go, users have the option to track physical progress in the game without even opening the app. Since NBA All-World requires users to navigate in order to track progress toward team levels and warm-up games, the presence of Adventure Sync could allow those to make headway progress as long as one’s device is within easy reach.
