When does Conquest and Valor become uncapped in Season One of World of Warcraft: Dragonflight?!
World of Warcraft: Dragonflight has been surprisingly well received by fans. Season 1 gave players a variety of activities to prepare for, including taking advantage of the vast open world of the Dragon Islands. Each season of World of Warcraft eventually gives players unlimited access to valuable currency earned from gameplay activities. Conquest is the currency used to upgrade PvP gear and Courage is the currency used to upgrade Mythic Plus gear. Players have been waiting patiently each season for Blizzard to unlock those coins, and it looks like Dragonflight Season One will unlock Conquest and Valor on February 14th.
Until the Conquest and Valor exploit is unlocked, players can only earn a small amount of each in a given week. Upgrading equipment is limited to the amount of each currency that can be earned during a gaming session.
In order to spend Conquest and Valor, players need to find an upgrade NPC. Players can find Corxian, a drakonoid NPC, in Gladiator’s Refuge of Valdrakken at coordinates 45.4, 38.5 in Thaldraszus. Talking to her will bring up the item upgrade menu, which allows the character to place the item in the designated slot and view the cost of the currency and the result of upgrading the piece of gear.

Any item obtained from Mythic Plus or PvP can be upgraded via this system. Items can be upgraded multiple times until they reach an item level limit just below what they drop from the most difficult bosses in the current Legendary Raid. It is worth noting that most PvP equipment gained from non-rated PvP is only upgradeable through Honor and is limited to a much lower item level.
Uncapping Conquest and Valor indicates that Dragonflight Season 1 is entering its second phase. Season 2 is probably a long way off, with Patch 10.1 being listed in late spring on Blizzard’s Dragonflight roadmap.
